Inno Foods Clusters

1 cup plant based milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice Handful frozen zucchini

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 tsp turmeric Sprinkle black pepper

1 Tbsp almond butter



Add 1 cup of plant based milk to a blender
Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Give a lite blend to mix protein to milk
Add 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower rice and handful frozen zucchini
Add 1/2 cup frozen peaches and 1/2 cup frozen mango
Give a lite blend to mix everything
Add 1 tsp turmeric and a Sprinkle black pepper with 1 Tbsp almond butter
Mix everything up until it becomes a smoothie
